Hi there, I’m Jen, and I’m very excited to be the new owner of Little Chit Chat. Alongside my husband Kev and our two awesome boys Caleb and Mason, we call New Plymouth, Taranaki, our home.
Little Chit Chat has had a longstanding relationship with Happy Horse, a celebrated European brand known for its exceptional cuddly toys. This relationship started back in 2019, and we’re proud to continue offering their wonderful range that has brought countless smiles to children’s faces.
I’m very excited about this new adventure, and I can’t wait to share all the wonderful ideas and products I have in store for our little business to grow. My goal is not just to keep offering the fantastic service and Happy Horse products that Little Chit Chat is known for, but also to introduce new and beautiful items to our collection, some of which I’ll be making myself.
Drawing from my personal experience of having a premature baby born at 32 + 3 weeks, I’ve decided to dedicate a special section of our store to premature babies and their amazing mothers. Having been through the emotional rollercoaster of spending time in the neonatal/NICU unit, I truly understand the challenges and isolation that come with it. My vision is to create a store that provides comfort to both mums and their little bundles of joy during their hospital journey and as they transition to the warmth of their own homes.
